The text on the card reads, "During early June 2007, the CN Tower was outfitted with 1,330 super-bright LED lights to light the tower from dusk until 2 a.m. The lights will be turned off during the spring and autumn bird migration seasons."
Toronto's CN Tower is a communications and observation tower and the tallest freestanding structure in the Americas. Its attraction is the Edge Walk, where people can walk around the ledge of the CN Tower -- 356 metres off the ground! Labelled as "the world's highest full circle hands-free walk on a 1.5 metre-wide ledge", two groups of eight people can do the "stroll" at a time. Well, good luck to the thrill-seekers (because that is definitely not for me), just don't look down, people.....!
Why did the postie deface the William & Kate Royal Wedding stamp? O-o
