This is a painting by Nastya Kamentsova. I love it! Is the girl a tree spirit or something? Try imagining a story behind the painting.

Negative Characters in Russian Folk Tales
Sender: Dmitry
Some negative characters in Russian folk tales. From the web I found that:-
Kikimora is a female house spirit
Leshiy is a male woodland spirit
Baba Yaga is a witch
Solovei is a robber
Zmey Gorynych is a three-headed dragon
Cat Bayun is a huge man-eating cat
Koshcei is an evil sorceror
Unsavoury characters indeed but so interesting as I have never heard of them before!

Aubergine Borshch
Sender: Alenaks
A Recipe for Aubergine Borshch
It shows the ingredients on the front of the card and the recipe on its back.
Borscht, which is sometimes also spelled borsch and borshch, is a vegetable soup that is almost always made with beets. The use of beets in this soup lend the dish a vibrant red color. The recipe on this card is suitable for vegetarians as there is no meat in it whatsoever.
