I have never heard of this place! I read that the The Mystery Spot is a tourist attraction area, about 150 feet in diameter and within it the laws of physics and gravity seemingly cease to exist. Don't you just feel like visiting it and experiencing the weird phenomena yourself? I do! And I want to try doing what that man is doing in the picture. But! Only if it does not require much effort!  :D

Cardsgoround sent this excellent ad-card for the Weird RR. At the back it's printed: You don't have to be a man to be a Firefighter. Thousands of women enjoy rich and varied careers in the Fire and Rescue Service. All you have to be is fit, healthy and looking for a challenge. Women make great firefighters.

Come to think of it, I've never seen women firefighters in my own locality. Or even featured in our local news. Maybe there aren't any. You have to be brave to be one, I'm sure. So, kudos to all women firefighters in the whole wide world. You are all awesome!!

A Busy Gargoyle

A Busy Gargoyle. The Cathedral's limestone gargoyles are used to spout rain water away from the stone walls. Their demonic or amusing forms express their creators' vivid imaginings. This Cathedral friend scurries busily on his way, briefcase in hand.

I'm surprised to discover that there is a webpage detailing each of the 112 gargoyles there. This particular gargoyle is named "Businessman a.k.a. The Yuppie", located at the east (rear) face of the southwest tower.

Monkey & His Groceries

He can interact with some of his favourite TV programmes, surf millions of site, email friends, order a pizza or do a big food shop without the queues. Wise monkey.

ROTFLOL! I laughed till my tears came out after reading this funny card received in the Weird RR. Wise monkey indeed! I'm a couch potato and if I have that ITV Active facility here, would I be a worse couch potato or would that render me wise as per such monkey? Hahahaha!
