Martos, Spain. Martos is the largest olive growing centre in Spain and it celebrates the Olive Fiesta. During the fiesta one can witness the process of extracting the first olive oil of the year. Jose asks if I like olive oil. Yes, I do! But it is expensive here in comparison with mixed vegetable oil, palm oil, groundnut oil. Thus olive oil is reserved for the recipes that really call for it! :)
