"Gesundheit!" is used to wish good health, especially to a person who has just sneezed, taken from the German word "gesund", meaning health/healthy. In English speaking countries, the phrase "God bless you" is commonly used.
Isn't this a funny card, as a person who sneezes emitting this much green goo on another person, will surely get into trouble...! :D
