ri17 writes that the young artist is suffering from cancer and that this card is issued by a charity body that helps children with cancer to defeat the disease. On one hand, I'm sad about the young artist's plight. But on the other hand, how awesome it is that her painting can draw attention and help to cure her disease, for herself and others like her. 

This stamp is in Spanish I think. Wonder what it states...
