The Russian town Tula is well known for its cake called "pryanik". Pryanik is produced at factories & special techniques are used to make it, like a kind of art. Sometimes pryanik is made with the help of drafts (sketches) of customers in the form of animals, hearts, symbols of one’s business etc. There is also a museum for pryanik in Tula.
