From California, the many ways to say "Hello"

"You Had Me At Hello" - A phrase that expresses affection, popularised by the movie Jerry Maguire. At the end of the movie, when Jerry expresses his love in a long-winded speech to Dorothy, Dorothy's reply was the simple phrase: "You had me at hello."
Jerry Maguire: I love you. You... complete me.
Dorothy: Shut up. Just shut up. You had me at "hello."
Dorothy: Shut up. Just shut up. You had me at "hello."
