The words on the card roughly translate into "Zator Carp Valley". Zator is an old town in southern Poland which is well known for carp fishing-culture and its residents have long been known for their carp breeding abilities. Ponds for carp breeding occupy hundreds of acres in Zator.
I read that Zator carp have been added to the European Union's Protected Geographical Status list!
