Great Smoky Mountains

Sender: meand3boys

Great Smoky Mountains National Park. "Springtime". The new beginning - a fresh start - the scent, the soft colours of springtime as the blossoms and new leaves unfurl to their fullness is an inspiring season for all visitors to the National Park.

Christina wrote a lovely quote on the card, "The art of being happy lies in the power of extracting happiness from common things" - Henry Ward Beecher

I read that Henry Ward Beecher (June 24, 1813 – March 8, 1887) was a prominent American clergyman, social reformer, abolitionist and speaker in the mid to late 19th century. I found another quote by him, "No matter what looms ahead, if you can eat today, enjoy today, mix good cheer with friends today, enjoy it and bless God for it."
