'Q' is for 'Quadrumanous' in the Alphabet RR.
I must thank Neviatova for teaching me a new word as I have never heard of 'Quadrumanous' before! It is in the dictionary for difficult words, "- a. (of apes, etc.) with all four feet adapted for use as hands."
This monkey eating peaches art card is lovely, but my scanner did not manage to capture the golden tint of the card and the gleaming red. The artwork seems to be made of paint, hair and cloth embroidery but I can't be sure as the long text at the back (probably its description) is written in Russian alphabet/language. Quite a surprise to get a Chinese artwork (c. 1848) printed in Russia!
