Head Lice Issues

Sender: tobiejonzarelli

I received this card for the Weird RR. Tobiejonzarelli writes that the Onion publishes satire and parodies traditional news organisations.

I read that the paper was founded by two undergrads at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1988 and has grown to a national print circulation of over 400,000 and a monthly web-traffic count of about 7.5 million unique visitors. Not bad! It has articles commenting on current events, both real and fictional. Apparently, it is now campaigning for the Pulitzer Prize, using the ad, "Americans for Fairness in Awarding Journalism Prizes". Brave!

The picture reminds me of primary school days when the school nurse goes around checking pupils' heads for any signs of lice infestation time to time. Urgh, lice!
