Mount Olympus from High Divide

Sender: Hootnoodle

Washington ~ Mount Olympus from High Divide
Avalanche lilies, one of the first flowers to appear in the region after the snow melts, grace the meadows and slopes of the High Divide with Mount Olympus towering in the distance. At 7,965 feet, its summit receives an average of 200 inches of rainfall each year - more than any other spot in the contiguous United States.

I can just sit there on that meadow enjoying the superb view all day...!! This card was a lovely surprise as I've been swapping cards in the forum with Hootnoodle many many times but this was an official Postcrossing card from her :)
