"Hansel & Gretel" by Bernhard Oberdieck
This is a lovely illustration of Hansel & Gretel, a well-known German fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm. Bernhard Oberdieck the illustrator, is specialised in illustrating children's books. But I must say...this fairy-tale gave me nightmares when I was a little girl! The cannibal witch scared me silly even if she was pushed into her oven in the end! :P
